The location was comfortable and convenient, within walking distance of North Presbyterian Church. I liked having a shopping area nearby and also enjoyed the downtown and a nice restaurant. the room was a good size and fairly quiet, with a fridge and microwave. the flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control were nice touches.

Super nice staff! Room was clean and in good repair. No smoking rooms were available. Beds were nice and the airconditioner worked well!
Bathroom was small, our room was at the end of the hall which meant a long, long walk out to our car in the lot. Breakfast was included, but a little sketchy (crockpot with gravy?? stale waffles, no fruit, a couple biscuits)--had I known what to expect, I would have brougt my own snacks.

The room was clean.
We were short on some of the "necessities" like towels, Kleenex, etc. Also, there was a bus group ( I think) staying there and the lobby- dining area was crowded with these people. They weren't checking in. They were just hanging out, and they were a very weird and scary bunch.

Bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Room was quiet. Night staff held our room for late arrival.
Night staff - 2 of them - had us wait at the desk nearly two minutes while they finished up some kind of report (?). Would have been courteous for one of them to say that they would be with us in just a minute instead of having us just stand there and wonder why neither was paying any attention to us...and we were really tired and wanted to get to our room and crash.

The queen room here is modern, has climate control, a multi-channel TV, and the private bathroom with a bath is a nice touch.

I found this hotel convenient and good value. All the equipment in the room worked fine - iron, microwave, TV, coffee maker, radio alarm, phone and wirelss Internet. I found the staff very helpful, even when the phone company Internet access failed to the hotel. They were able to suggest alternatives very quickly. Also there is constant fresh coffee available day and night. The continental breakfast is basic but adequate. I stay in hotels more than 30 weeks a year and have seen lots of hotels - some better than others. This is one I will definately stay at again.
The hotel allows guests to have dogs in their room and another guest, with dog in tow, passed me in the hall. The dog was rather aggressive and gave me quite a fright. The hotel is only 2 stories and quite long so it can be quite a hike from the room to the reception for continental breakfast. Even though there is lots of parking, the car park was full to overflowing on the last night. I guess a very popular hotel but it would be a pain if you could not find a space.

It was close to the people we were visiting. The price was the best. The continental breakfast was good. Great shower!
When entering the hallways it still smells like stale smoke. I am allergic to smoking and am rather sensitive to it, however, my husband commented on it too. The room did not smell that way.

Room was fine - clean, bed OK. Noise level was unacceptable.
Noise level was unacceptable. Vehicle noise from parking lot and nearby highway prevented sleep. It sounded like window was open - it wasn't. I could hear every word being said by people in parking lot. Car doors being shut woke me up. Did not complain to desk staff - what could they do about people parking their cars and talking?

Conveniently located close to the restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat. Plus, it's just a short 10-15 minute walk to North Presbyterian Church. 🚶♂️

The staff were pleasant and quick to respond to any need we may have had.
As you walk in the hotel you can tell that this is a hotel that has smoking rooms. We walked around the outside of the building to avoid walking down the hallway area that had smoking.

Reasonable rate. OK breakfast. Good wifi service.
Noisy due to poor sound insulation and door gap. Small bed. Breakfast area not always cleaned up in a timely manner.
